Every experience-driven business begins with an intention. When intention and experience move together, you can feel it. And when they don’t, we experience incongruence.
In·con·gru·ence, noun: the gap between intention and reality.
People move. Businesses evolve. Priorities shift. Systems accumulate. Expectations change.
Sometimes you’re too deep in the system to notice the pattern.
Reflect + Reset experiences your business from the outside. Then it connects what is experienced with what is happening inside.
Guest: what do your guests experience? Staff: what are your people experiencing inside the system? Leadership: what are you trying to create? Alignment: do they tell the same story?
Three ways to work with Reflect + Reset
Small by design. Specialized by nature.
The Lens
See the experience. A first-person guest perspective that gives leadership a clear account of what the experience actually feels like, from the outside.
The Mirror
Understand the experience and the system behind it. Guest, staff, and leadership perspectives brought into relationship, revealing where they converge, diverge, or contradict.
The Reset
Determine what matters and what should change. All three perspectives, tested against evidence, with deeper synthesis, direction, and recommendations.

About Tricia
Business is one of my lenses. Experience is another.
I’m Tricia Chand. My professional background spans consulting, finance, operations, technology, and organizational change, with years spent understanding how businesses work and how priorities shift as they grow.
Businesses can become very good at measuring what is happening while losing touch with why they created it in the first place. Occupancy, revenue, ratings, and reviews matter. But they are not the experience itself.
Reflect + Reset brings business acumen, systems thinking, pattern recognition, and a fresh perspective where experience matters.
I care about what you’re creating, how people experience it, and what matters most.
